Frank B.W. McCollum (Bill), Dana L. Parks and their support personnel are dedicated to providing insightful and creative solutions to your legal problems. We will also tell you in advance the approximate cost in dollars and the time that it will take to achieve those goals.

Bill and Dana are licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas. They are admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri state courts, federal district courts in Kansas and federal court in the Western District of Missouri. Bill is also admitted in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 8th and 10th Circuits. Most of their clients, both individuals and businesses, are located in the western half of Missouri and eastern half of Kansas.

She will help you communicate with your spouse about the process and will give you advice about your communications with your children. Most importantly, she will help minimize the adverse impact on your family. She will encourage you to be firm when it is appropriate and flexible when it is in the best interests of you and your family.

Bill McCollum can help you evaluate your situation and determine a practical approach that will lead to an appropriate solution. If you have not yet been terminated, we will suggest approaches you can take to help reduce the possibility of termination. If you have already been terminated, we will help you maximize your ability to obtain new employment and potential damages for wrongful termination. Our goal is to help you make the necessary transitions and to help compensate you for the harm you have suffered.

Bill also has thirty years of experience in handling complex litigation in both federal and state courts. He can evaluate potential claims that involve business transactions, business torts, valuations of closely held businesses, breach of contract, personal injury, and ERISA claims.

If you have a personal injury claim, Bill will explain how to process your claim against the insurance carrier. If the claim cannot be settled, he may pursue a lawsuit on your behalf. Bill is also experienced in processing claims of sexual harassment against employers in both federal and state courts.
